mold
We can offer an unbiased, third-party perspective if you suspect mold presence in your home or business. Bulk sampling procedures such as airborne mold spore samples, surface swabs, and tape lifts allow us to confirm or rule out whether mold is the culprit of allergy symptoms or otherwise compromised air quality. Upon receiving the lab results, Envirocare writes a remedial protocol that a licensed remediation contractor will use to eliminate the source of microbial contamination. Once the contractor has completed the microbial cleanup, Envirocare Consulting performs a post-remediation inspection of the affected area and collects final air clearance samples once we determine that it is safe to return to the property.

A limited asbestos survey is conducted for remodeling and/or renovation projects, where only the building materials that will be impacted during the remolding and/or renovation are sampled. A comprehensive asbestos survey is conducted for demolition projects, where all building materials other than wood, metal, or glass are sampled.
